Die HCV-spezifische antivirale Therapie basiert heute auf der Kombination von Interferon-a oder pegyliertem Interferon-a und Ribavirin. Die Indikaiotn zur Therapie muss jedoch in jedem Einzelfall sorgfältig geprüft werden.
